We offer one, two, one and a half, multi-level and reverse one and a half story styles with square footage ranging up to nearly 10,000 s.f. All of our designs have been successfully constructed, and many more are Award Winners. Some homes feature very open floor plans with spacious kitchens, luxurious master suites, and ten-foot ceilings on the first floor level.

Although most of our homes are designed for the Midwest, with a few Design Modifications, the plan can easily meet your local building requirements.
