BASIC SERVICE OPTION
This option has construction drawings that are very basic, and they are commonly referred to as a "builders set". This option could be a good choice if you are working with a builder who is adept at problem solving and it is the most common choice in the Kansas City area. Normally the builder will use his standard specifications and he will adjust his price based on changes you want to make to his specifications. This option is not recommended if you are going to have several builders give you a bid.

BASIC SERVICE - $3.00 Per Square Foot of Finished Floor Area

In addition to the service we provide in design phase 1, 2, & 3 the following is included:

ULTIMATE SERVICE OPTION
If you tend to be very detail oriented and have little time to devote to the management of the project during construction, you should select the ultimate service option. We will produce drawings and specifications that are highly detailed and our involvement in the construction phase is significant.

ULTIMATE SERVICE - $10.00 Per Square Foot of Finished Floor Area

Basic service plus the following:

Site visit
Site Plan
Grading plan
Landscape plan
Furniture layout
Interior and exterior door selection
Window and grille design
Ceiling design
Niche design
Interior wall design
Interior openings design
Flooring material
Specialty cabinets, bookcases and window seat design

Fireplace surround design
Deck, screen porch and/or patio design and details
Exterior color and materials selection

HOURLY SERVICE OPTION
Our hourly service option is generally selected for remodeling projects or where the full scope of the project isn't known in the beginning. This option can also be used if you want to explore design ideas at your own pace, or you are making changes to one of our standard plans.
